Hello, spring! You lovely, elusive gem… (but seriously, can the nice weather stick already?) We here at ID90 Travel have anxiously awaited the new season (and the nice weather), but don’t be fooled – we’ve been pretty busy in the meantime! With mobile adoption continuing to rise, we’re simultaneously seeing raving reviews coming in on both the App Store and Google Play about the strength of our mobile app.

We’re also proud to announce that our mobile app product only continues to get better with the invaluable feedback of our amazing customers. Read on to see what kind of small yet mighty, or big n’ bold changes and updates we made to our product this month. We promise you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

What’s New in Flights

We’re continually working to improve the ease at which our partner customers book non-revenue and business travel. So besides making changes for individual partners, we made a few larger changes to our flight ticketing as a whole. For example, some customers will now be able to view their exact number of buddy passes. Also, communication was clarified so that those customers will know how many buddy passes they’re using in the ticketing process.

Customers will also be able to see their complete list of listings (both their company business and non-revenue listings) on both the web and mobile app. Speaking of the mobile app, our customers will also now be able to navigate our app seamlessly on their tablets (both Android and Apple)!

We know how valuable tablet technology is to the in-flight crew, and we wanted to make sure their preferred mobile view was supported too.

 

What’s New in Hotels

We’re all about the ease of travel here at ID90 Travel, so our goal is always to make life easier for our customers. We did a good deal of that recently when we added a trip reminder email. Don’t worry about going back and looking for the hotel information or having to plan excessively in advance, we’ve got you. A reminder’s coming right up, and all your important deets are included.

Speaking of important deets, to all of you out there that have “Invited-a-Friend” we thank you, and your friends and family do too! We know that you’ve invited them out of the kindness of your heart, but the $20’s toward your next hotel stay doesn’t hurt either! No need to stress about when that travel cash “comes in”: We’ll notify you via text, and say hello to referral bonus push notifications, too!

What else is going on to make travel easier? We’ve added recent hotel searches to our customers’ homepage so they can resume their wanderlust right where they left off, and we’ve added a share itinerary button for the hotels that they do book. Don’t go back and search for the email to forward, just let your friends know your plans with an easy tap of a button!

Want to know quickly and efficiently the location of your hotel options, and what fees are involved? We’ve gone ahead and added those details for you as well. We’ve improved the map view to help you better make a decision on a hotel’s location, and we added into our mobile app the 3rd party fees that may (or may not!) be passed over with a resort stay.
