Operations – Cruise Service Agent

ID90 Travel is looking for passionate individuals enthusiastic about cruises. The Cruise Service Agent will be responsible for assisting guests using our online booking engine as well as assisting guests through our Agent portal. The candidate will respond to incoming phone calls and emails, for existing bookings. The Cruise Service Agent should have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations as well as an energetic disposition and the ability to assist our guests. The position is hourly plus incentive commission.

Cruise Serve Agent Responsibilities:

Answer inbound cruise service calls
Make outbound cruise service calls
The ability to up sell additional products to existing customers
Required to make payments to suppliers through their Agent portals
Understanding of major Cruise Line Travel Agent portals
Ability to navigate through multiple sites/software applications
Extensive knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations
Deliver a high level of service by resolving customer concerns
Meet and exceed monthly service standards
Communicate effectively to educate consumers on ID90 products

Requirements:

Required to speak, read, and write English fluently
Sabre Cruise experience preferred
Demonstrated customer service skills
Able to work a flexible schedule
Previous travel industry experience ( cruise sales)
A self-starter
Excellent interpersonal skills
GDS (Sabre Cruises): 1 year (minimum)
Cruise Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (minimum)
