Recently, Ann Sounders (wife of an American Airlines employee) paid a visit to our Southlake, Texas office… just to deliver smoothies to our team. Ann, it turns out, was so blown away by our awesome customer service that she wanted to thank us. When she found out we were based pretty close to where she lives, she decided to deliver that thanks in person.

One of my business heroes is Richard Branson, and one of my bucket list items is to be invited to his private island to hang out and talk about business and life. While I’m still waiting for that invitation, I’ve spent time reading about him. One of his business philosophies that we live by here at ID90 Travel is to prioritize employees first, customers second and investors third. I have to say that I love living and working this way, and the results speak for themselves.
ID90 Travel recently conducted a survey of nearly half a million active airline employees. When asked about the statement “travel privileges are key to my job satisfaction,” a whopping 84% strongly agreed.
Here’s the kicker: in that same survey, only 13% of airline employees reported that they were satisfied with their travel privileges.
