The world has a big problem coming its way. According to human resources expert Rainer Strack of The Boston Consulting Group, there will be a global resource crisis by 2030. As the spouse of an airline employee, I’ve taken my fair share of last-minute trips. We were always hesitant to book a hotel in advance since we never knew for certain if we were going to get on our desired flight. Paris, known as the “City of Light”, is home to over 2 million people with a metropolitan population of over 12 million. It is one of the world’s centers for culture, the arts, business, and tourism. It is actually the most visited city in the world. I’ve been there myself 5 times over the past 47 years and still only scratched the surface on the sights of Paris.
